Ingredients:
20 g fresh yeast

Preparation: Yeast crush them, pour hot milk, gently stir to dissolved. Add a cup of wheat flour and let stand for 15 minutes. Wholemeal flour and add the remaining ingredients. Exactly to form until the dough becomes elastic and will not stick to hands. Let stand for 30 minutes. Shape into a loaf and allow to stand still for 15 minutes until it grows beautifully. Soviet soldier's bread

Ingredients:
375 g 100% rye starter hydracji dokarmionego 10 - 12 h before

Preparation: dissolve in water. Add sourdough mixer and mix thoroughly to created a single liquid Add the flour and quickly but briefly to form.
